6 easy steps to replace your DODOcase corner bumpers

Step 1: Remove the existing bumpers.

Step 2: Clean the corner area well with a cloth and Isopropyl Alcohol to remove any dirt and adhesive residue from the previous bumpers. Allow the corner to dry thoroughly, approximately 10 minutes, to ensure proper adhesion when the new bumpers are installed. Isopropyl Alcohol may be purchased at your local drug store or hardware store.

Step 3: Remove the backing from the replacement bumper to expose the adhesive. Keep the bumper's adhesive backing clean in order to ensure proper adhesion to the bamboo and remember the wood must be dry!

Step 4: Align the rounded corner of the bumper with the rounded edge of the bamboo tray and press the rounded section of the bumper into place.

Step 5: Fold the square portion of the bumper down onto the inside wall of the tray corner.

Step 6: Press and hold the bumpers firmly in the corners for 30 seconds to ensure proper adhesion to the tray. Final Note: Do not be alarmed that the bumper does not extend to the bottom ledge of the tray. The bumpers were designed to extend only part of the way down the inside wall to achieve optimal fit.
